Why should I make a animation voice demo?
To promote yourself and show your range and talent. It is a tool to get you a voice agent or to get your current agent to promote you on Voicebank (THE website that casting directors and producers use).
How many characters/voices should be featured?
Between 8-10. Each character should be about 10 seconds to show that you can sustain the voice. It’s better to have fewer distinctive sounds than too many similar sounding ones. The demo will highlight your versatility in less than 2 minutes.
How much does it cost to record a demo? What is included?
The Voice Pro Studio demo package includes: script selection, coaching, studio recording and sound editing for $495 (plus hst).
